The National Park Service (NPS), NAMA, National Mall and Memorial Parks, has a requirement for the supply and delivery of a towable chipper. Please refer to the attached specifications document for full details of the requirement.

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is 140P2125Q0160, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract. The associated NAICS code is 333120 (Construction Machinery Manufacturing), with a small business size standard of 1,200 employees. This acquisition is set aside 100% for small business concerns in accordance with FAR 19.502-2.

The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04, effective May 12, 2025.
Delivery Date: No later than February 28, 2026.
Evaluation and Award: The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible Offeror whose quote is determined to be technically acceptable and offers the best value based on price and technical factors in accordance with FAR Subpart 9.1.
