Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Removal of 102 sets of Dormitory Furniture

AMENDMENT #1:

The purpose of this amendment is to add unit quantity to CLIN #10 (Fireproof Mattress) on Attachment 1 – Technical Specification 1426

The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, parts, and transportation for supply, delivery, removal and disposal of current, and installation and assembly of new bedroom furniture for 102 rooms of Dorms Facilities, bldg. 1426 at Aviano Air Base, Italy.

AMENDMENT #2:

The purpose of this amendment is to: update the requirement to an UNFUNDED REQUIREMENT and extend the final submission deadline from 26 June 2026 to 20 July 2026.

FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS EFFORT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR

AFTER THE CLOSING DATE FOR RECEIPT OF QUOTES. IN THE EVENT THE GOVERNMENT CANCELS THIS SOLICITATION, THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REIMBURSE AN OFFEROR FOR ANY COSTS

Include fireproof mattress certification information from the Questions and Answers documents in the document "Attachment 1 Technical Specifications 1426 Amendment 3". Addition of Attachment 4 - CONTRACTOR ASSERTION - ANTHROPIC, PBC PRODUCTS OR SERVICES for the Offeror to fill, sign and submit with the offer.
