The City of Edmonton (the “City”) invites bidders to submit bids for this Sourcing Event for Supply, Delivery and Engineering Service of Light Rail Vehicle Tires, Wheel Parts, and Truck Components and Accessories. The Work to be performed by the successful bidder is outlined in the Description of Work document attached to the Form of Agreement Section in the SAP Ariba platform.

Intended term of Contract: 1 year, commencing January 1, 2026 and in the City’s sole discretion may extend the term on the same terms and conditions for up to 9 additional years. The length of any extension(s) will be at the City’s sole discretion.

The City may enter into contracts with more than one bidder pursuant to this Sourcing Event.
