Summary Details

The City of Nanaimo on behalf of the Participating Agencies is looking for a qualified Supplier to Supply and Deliver Stationery and Related Products basis, using an online order placement/payment system with encrypted Purchasing Card payment capabilities.  Each Participating Agency location will place individual orders on an ‘as per need’ basis.  Nothing herein shall be construed as creating a partnership between the Participating Agencies.
List of Participating Agencies in addition to the City of Nanaimo:

If awarded, the term of the Contract is for five (5) years.   Prices will be reviewed and negotiated on an annual basis.

This Request for Proposal is subject to the New West Partnership Trade Agreement, Canadian Free Trade Agreement - Chapter 5, and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) - Chapter 19.
