SUPPLIERS OF AFTERMARKET VEHICLE PARTS AND ACCESSORIES

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Margate Purchasing Division, Second Floor, City Hall, 5790 Margate Blvd., Margate, FL 33063 until 11:00 AM on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 for a completed project for Bid No. 2026-005 Aftermarket Vehicle Parts and Accessories – Automotive, Light-Heavy Duty Trucks, and Off Road Vehicles for the Public Works Department.

Bid packets may be obtained by visiting the Purchasing Division at the City Hall address above or by visiting the Purchasing section of our website www.margatefl.com and completing an online registration form. 2. Only authorized dealers/sellers will be eligible to provide products on behalf of the manufacturer through this solicitation. The City may request, and the Contractor shall provide, supporting information and/or documentation attesting to the requirement. By submitting a response, Contractor affirms that it satisfies this and all criteria specified in the solicitation documents.

3. Failure to be in compliance with the items above within this solicitation at the time of bid opening may result in your bid being deemed non-responsive. Failure to supply any supporting information and/or documentation within three (3) business days of a request by the City may result in your bid being deemed non-responsive.

4. Contractor should have proven experience with a minimum of 3 governmental contracts in past 10 years, and submit documentation confirming past contracts at time of bid submittal.
