Description

The purpose of this amendment is for the following:






  • Additional clarity has been provided regarding the payment milestones as described in SOW page‑7.

  • A dedicated box has been added to allow offerors to quote buyback cost separately under solicitation section‑C.

  • Annexure‑A has been added to facilitate separate cost entries for the list of supply equipment under solicitation section‑C. Vendor is required to quote separately for each equipment supplying.

  • A separate box for installation costs has been added under solicitation section‑C.

  • The bid deadline has been extended to on or before 5:00 PM, July 22nd, 2026 (India Time).

  • Vendor is required to submit drawing of the data server room along with offer.
