Project Description: The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide with baler tying wire of various types at two (2) separate facilities operated by MES. All deliveries must be made via a vehicle that can be unloaded by a forklift, typically a tractor trailer or box truck. Located at the Prince George’s County MRF 1000 Ritchie Road, Capital Heights, MD 20743 and Montgomery County Recycling Center Shady Grove Complex 16105 Frederick Road, Derwood, MD 20855.
