SUMMARY:
This is a Request for Information (RFI) posting notification.
The State of Minnesota, Office of State Procurement, is requesting information regarding Installation and Maintenance of Granular Activated Carbon (GAC) Water Filtration Systems, Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Other Related Systems, Statewide. The State of Minnesota invites all interested parties to submit a written response to this RFI.

PURPOSE:
Suppliers: This Request for Information (RFI) is being released for the purpose of identifying suppliers and the products they offer for the above-mentioned work, and gaining knowledge of the products, installation requirements, and services for this work. State of Minnesota will neither pay for any information requested herein nor is it liable for any costs incurred in preparing a response to this RFI. The State reserves the right to contact responders and request additional information and/or schedule a meeting. All material submitted in response to this RFI is public according to Minn. Stat. § 13.03.

This RFI should not be construed as intent, commitment, or promise to acquire services, supplies, or solutions offered. No contract will result from any response to this RFI. Information submitted in response to this RFI will become property of the State of Minnesota. There is a separate RFI posting for installers.

RESPONSES:
Email your responses to the questions and items listed in Attachment A, and attach separate pages as necessary to the agency contact listed above. Emailed responses should include “Supplier for RFI” in the subject line. No response is required through SWIFT.

RESPONSE DEADLINE:
Provide an emailed response to this RFI on or before August 13, 2025, at 4:00 p.m., Central Time, to the agency contact listed above.

Questions/Clarifications:
Direct any questions and/or requests for clarification regarding the RFI to the contact listed above no later than August 6, 2025. Please submit questions or requests for clarification in a written format.
