Supplemental Vending Services throughout HCPSS

Project Description: A. The Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified Offerors to provide vending services for snacks, healthy snacks, beverages and healthy beverages in accordance with (IOM) Institute of Medicine standards at facilities within the school system as well as meals for HCPSS Central Office. The purpose of this solicitation is to identify contractors who can meet and exceed the vending needs of HCPSS facilities, staff, and students (in accordance with IOM standards). Vending machines provided by the contractor will be placed at various schools and offices within the school system.
