Description

The City of Houston seeks to engage a qualified contractor to provide supplemental maintenance services for landscaping on rights of way, ditches, easements, medians, esplanades and vacant lots within the City of Houston's District J area. The primary objective is to maintain a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment, ensure proper drainage, and promote public safety. The service provider is expected to perform a minimum of 2,000 man (not to exceed) hours not to exceed total cost of $50,000.00. Please see scope of work for additional details


If awarded, vendor must provide certificate of insurance with City of Houston as additional insured and complete drug policy form. Required for vendors working on City property.
