Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract or contracts through competitive negotiation for the provision of services to implement Enhanced Core Reading Instruction (ECRI). These services must include:
• Targeted professional development for all involved teachers and support staff;
• Access to printable materials for direct use with students, and
• Ongoing coaching throughout the year to ensure effective implementation for Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS).
