The purpose of this Bid is to establish a contract for custodial services based on single fixed price per square foot for the School Board of St. Johns County, Florida on an as needed basis. The Bidder will be responsible for meeting all specifications as outlined herein and on the Bid Price Sheet. Failure to comply with these requirements may be cause for Bid rejection or termination of award.
