Supplemental Academic Resources - Student Services

The Cleveland Metropolitan School District (hereafter the “District, “CMSD” or Cleveland Municipal School District) is soliciting proposals to establish term contracts with one or more qualified vendor to provide Academic Resources Services on an “As Needed” basis for eligible students of Non-Public Schools.

The Cleveland Metropolitan School District is accepting proposals for Third Party Providers to provide services for non-public schools servicing eligible Cleveland children. The purpose of the services is to provide additional services to struggling students and help close the achievement gap. These services go beyond what a student would normally receive without these services. These services must be secular in nature, even if provided at a faith-based site, neutral, and non-ideological. This is a multi-award bid for contracted Instructional Support Services, Student Field Experiences, and On-Site Student Services to Cleveland students in non-public K-12 schools. This RFP will not be a guarantee of purchase for any services, but to establish a list of Approved Vendors for these services. The purpose of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to gather competitive proposals for delivery of support services.

The District intends to select organizations to provide high quality Supplemental Academic Resources - Student Services . To facilitate submission and evaluation of proposals, the following provides relevant background information, scope of work requirements, and instructions for services providers to submit their proposal responses to this RFP.
