Industry Outreach Event Notification & Invitation. The District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DC Water) intends to release a single-step solicitation Request for Qualifications and Proposals (RFQ/P), seeking Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from qualified SCADA System Integrators. Selected firms will be required to provide specialized services for rapid assessment of the SCADA system, including troubleshooting, design, installation, programming, and testing of necessary improvements.
