Pre-Proposal Conference:

Tuesday, June 11, 2025 at 9:00 A.M. (EST) at Ocala Electric Utilities, 1805 NE 30th Avenue, Building 400, Ocala, FL 34470.

Proposers are required to attend this conference to obtain important information relative to this Solicitation. All attendees will be required to sign in. Failure to attend and sign-in will result in a Proposer’s response being rejected as non-responsive.

Scope of Work:

The City of Ocala is the largest municipality located in Marion County located in North Central Florida. It also serves as the County seat and serves a population of 65,478 full-time residents. The City encompasses approximately 44 square miles. City of Ocala Electric Utility (“Ocala Electric Utility”) is soliciting proposals for a Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Solution that best addresses the requirements and objectives of the City of Ocala. The City of Ocala uses Milsoft’s IVR & OMS solution.
