Improve the north sidewalk of Superior Street from Clinton St. to Lafayette St. by removing the existing concrete sidewalk and parking/driving lane to construct a new section of Urban Trail. The trail will include updated ADA ramps, commercial drive approaches, brick pavers for the trail portion, new pedestrian lighting, and landscaping |
