The project is an interior remodel throughout four (4) floors and will be completed in phases.
A non-mandatory meeting is scheduled for 3:30 pm on Thursday, December 4, 2025;
Attendees shall meet at the Clark County Courthouse located at 1200 Franklin Street, Vancouver WA 98660, outside the East Entrance on the staircase.
