Description

Contractor to purchase (1) anesthesia machine and (1) vaporizer to install at the physical address of 2700 Evella St., Houston, TX 77026 as needed for the model listed below. Exact Brand and model to be bid on no substitutes or alternatives.

1) Supera M2000 Deluxe Anesthesia Machine

2)Tee 3 lso Vaporizer model VSS #34071


Work under this contract shall include the furnishing of all labor, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, supervision, and necessary insurance for the "Purchase and Installation" at BARC - Animal Shelter and Adoptions.


MAINTENANCE

• Compliance with OSHA Pub. 8-1.3 sec 9.4.0.

• Check and repair machines for performance and leaks.

• Perform vaporizer leak test, bypass test and calibration verification.

• Verify proper operation of repaired equipment

• Provide written report detailing: findings, work completed and recommendations.
