Super Duper Kits

The purpose of this requirement is to satisfy rapid acquisition of the procurement, assembly and delivery of nine (9) Special Mission System (SMS) Kits, nine (9) Electronic Warfare Bus Kits, nine (9) Auxiliary Flight Deck Station (AFDS) Kits, nine (9) Shielded Wire Kits, and nine (9) Special Mission Processor (SMP) Power Transition Kits. The contractor shall also secure/provide storage for previously procured kit components. The contractor shall inspect for serviceability and compliance with data of any items from the previous kits they utilize in kits procured under this requirement. The contractor will utilize the Basic year to inventory and inspect all provided previously procured components. These components will be fed into the production of the Option 1 kits. Pricing for the option 1 kits will only be determined after the inventory and will only cover items the contractor has to procure. The Contractor will build to print the additional production kits for this order in accordance with the schedule. The kits will be assembled and packed according to Government Furnished Information (GFI) and delivered to a designated location for installation on aircraft. This is a (build to print) effort for the MC-130J Capability Release II Modification Line. Parts the contractor provides will only be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts with a Certificate of Conformity and all parts must be new. No contractor furnished repaired, refurbished, reclaimed or reused parts are authorized for this kit build. The contractor will be available to travel to installation site to provide engineering support if needed.
