Description: A pre-proposal teleconference ( Non-mandatory, but HIGHLY-RECOMMENDED ) will be held on August 12, 2025 at 2:00 pm via Microsoft Teams . Those wishing to attend are asked to RSVP no later than three (3) days prior to the event with the names of those attending by submitting an email to purchasing@sunysccc.edu . Indicate “RFP 2025-09, Pre-Proposal Conference” in the subject line. Please limit the number of attendees to two (2). You will receive access information conference specifics by return email. Questions from Interested Bidders should be submitted to purchasing@sunysccc.edu NLT August 19, 2025 at 2:00 pm. Answers will be provided in the form of an addendum to be posted o/a August 22. All Deadlines are listed in the TIMETABLE OF KEY EVENTS on the cover page of the RFP document. Bidders are encouraged to pay particular attention to the required formal and forms requested for a successful response which are detailed in the RFP document. Please allow ample time for delivery of bid proposals - particularly when using courier services. Late Submissions cannot be accepted.
