SUNY Purchase - Architectural & Engineering Design Services for Modifications to Natural Sciences Biology Lab

Purchase College is soliciting proposals to provide architectural and MEP design services to make modifications to some existing biology lab suite in our Natural Sciences Building to act as temporary surge space for another project renovation of the entire lower level of the building.

Pre-Bid/Proposal Meeting and Walk-Thru: There will be a non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting at 10:00 a.m. on November 17, 2025, in the Capital Facilities Building conference room at Purchase College, 735 Anderson Hill Road, Purchase, New York 10577-1402.
