Description: The State University of New York is seeking a venue to host a two-day SUNY College Fair in the New York City area during the time period of September 21, 2026 – October 30, 2026. This event will span two consecutive full days. The fair will be open to the public from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on the first day and 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. the second day. The event requires a facility that can accommodate 2,500 visitors at one time and the space to set-up 80 tables for 50 campus booths in a college fair setting. Additionally, we require two workshop areas that can hold 250 people theater-style. The workshop areas must have audio visual equipment or allow for easy set-up of audio-visual equipment. The facility must have either onsite catering or allow for catering by outside vendors. The venue must have easy access to NYC public transportation. This venue must also allow room for students and families to move freely to visit the campus booths and abide by all CDC, NYS, Federal safety guidelines and protocols. Requirement Summary
The State University of New York will make this award under its discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5) (a). There is no RFP or IFB. A sealed bid opening will not be held.
