Sunset Ridge Elementary School – Innovation Renovations CMAR

The District intends to select a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and construction services for the renovation of Sunset Ridge Elementary School. The project focuses on transforming existing classroom buildings and key support spaces into flexible, active learning environments aligned with Level 3 Innovation design standards.

The Pendergast Elementary School District consists of 12 Elementary schools and 7900 students across 20 sq miles and has 1100 staff members servicing K-8 students.

Sunset Ridge Elementary School is a K-8 facility at 8490 W. Missouri Ave. in Glendale AZ.
