The Work consists of the demolition of existing manual metal gates, trenching for electric and date, new concrete footings and pads, operators. Controllers, battery backup, illuminated barrier arms, automated vehicle identification systems (AVI), cameras, card reader, bollards, asphalt removal and replace.

Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Demolition, cast-in-place concrete, low-voltage electrical power conductors and cables; grounding and bonding for electrical systems; conduit for electrical system; boxes for electrical systems; identification for electrical systems; power system studies; wiring connections; communications; structed cabling; access control; gate access control system; earthwork; clearing and grubbing; excavation and fill; backfilling; trenching; erosion and sediment controls; asphaltic concrete paving; concrete sidewalks’ curbs, gutters; perform a exploratory non-destructive vacuum excavation trench along the route of all new utility trenches where any identified or assumed underground services are located.
