Summary

General work description: The City is looking to replace a 5 ton split system at the Nature Lodge in Sunset Park.

Scope of Work:

Disconnect and remove customer determined existing split system
Flush refrigerant lines with R-11 flush and reuse
Install new 5 ton 18 Seer 2 Inverter Heat Pump and 2 Stage Air Handler equipment with
back up electric heat
Make duct work modifications and reconnect duct work
Pressure test refrigerant system and pull vacuum
Charge system and perform start up
Legally dispose of all old equipment
