Sunset Nature Lodge HVAC

General work description: The City is looking to replace a 5 ton split system at the Nature Lodge in Sunset Park.

Scope of Work:

• Disconnect and remove customer determined existing split system
• Flush refrigerant lines with R-11 flush and reuse
• Install new 5 ton 18 Seer 2 Inverter Heat Pump and 2 Stage Air Handler equipment with
  back up electric heat
• Make duct work modifications and reconnect duct work
• Pressure test refrigerant system and pull vacuum
• Charge system and perform start up
• Legally dispose of all old equipment
