The City of New Rochelle (City) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified engineering

firms for the Sun Haven Resiliency Planning Project (the Project). The Project generally entails

development of drainage improvements at Palmer Avenue and Spencer Drive including the performance

of field investigations, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and the development of an engineering report

including the preliminary design of the recommended drainage improvements, and associated cost

estimates for implementation.
