Project Description: Hillsborough County Capital Programs Department is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of the Sun City Fire Station No. 47 located at 14495 S. US Hwy 301, Ruskin, FL. Generally, the construction work includes but is not limited to construction of a single story approximately 7,327 sq. ft. 2-bay fire station building, to together with all associated on-site and off-site improvements estimated at $6,635,538.00.
DM/DWBE Goal: In connection with this solicitation and its resulting Contract, a goal of 17% has been established for participation by DM/DWBEs as Subcontractors.
