Sealed Bids for the following project are sought:

2025 Sump Pump Discharge & Storm Sewer improvements

General Project Description: The project consists of approximately 2226.0 FT of Pipe Drain, 6", 570.0 FT of Trench Backfill, 310.0 SF of Sidewalk Removal, 270.0 SY of Driveway Removal, 270.0 FT of Combination Concrete Curb & Gutter Removal & Replacement, 270.0 SY of PCC Driveway Pavement, 6", 310.0 SF of PCC Sidewalk, 4", and all other necessary items and incidentals required to complete this project according to the plans and specifications.

Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked "2025 Sump Pump Discharge & Storm Sewer improvements" at the following location before the following date and time:

BID DUE DATE: FRIDAY, APRIL 25th, 2025

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Bid Due Time in Office of the Town Clerk, 11 Uptown Circle, Normal, IL 61761

This is a prevailing-wage project.
