Summit View Business Park Dogwood Site Pad Expansion 2

Sealed bids for the Summit View Business Park Dogwood Site Pad Expansion 2 project will be received by Franklin County, Attn: Corey White, 1255 Franklin Street, Suite 111, Rocky Mount, VA 24151 until 1:00 PM local time on Friday, August 15th, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud.

The project consists of grading, erosion and sediment control, and miscellaneous improvements for the expansion of a graded pad within the Summit View Business Park.

Copies of the contract documents may be examined by appointment only at the office of Engineering Concepts, Inc., 94 Greenfield Street, Daleville, Virginia 24083 during normal business hours.

Hard copies of the documents may be purchased for $75.00 from Engineering Concepts, Inc., 94 Greenfield Street, Daleville, Virginia 24083. The payment is nonrefundable.

The payment shall be in the form of a check or money order with the name of the project written on the payment.

A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held for the project on Monday, August 4th at 11:00 AM at the project site off Pleasant Breeze Road.

Should the apparent low Bid exceed available funds, the Owner reserves the right to negotiate with the apparent low bidder to obtain a contract price within available funds.

Bidders shall comply with Virginia Code Section 54.1-1112 regarding information required with Bid. Envelopes containing Bids shall be clearly marked with the Bidder’s contractor license number.
