ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed Bids for the construction of the Summit Park Phase 2 Project will be received by Taylorsville City, at the office of the City Engineer at 2600 Taylorsville Blvd, until 2:00 pm local time on November 18, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on-site at the Summit Park Pavilion 3220 W 6200 South on October 30, 2025 beginning at 2:00 pm. The Project construction includes demolition of existing improvements, grading, utility work, shade structures, skate park, bike park, bike pathway with features, pathways, sidewalks, road improvements, dog park, irrigation, plantings, lighting and other miscellaneous work items.
