Summit County Commons West Parking Lot

Summit County Government (“County”) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide services for the following Construction of a New Summit County Commons West Parking Expansion in Frisco, Colorado. The Project includes the following general items of work:

• New Construction and associated Site Work for Summit County Commons West Parking Lot and associated, Lighting, Earthwork, Paving, Drainage, and Fencing.
• Removal of the existing Sand Storage metal building, concrete slab floor and concrete foundation on site.

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically with the following text in the subject line: “Summit County Commons West Parking Expansion” and must be emailed to dale.stein@summitcountyco.gov until Thursday May 15, 2025, at 2.00 PM local time.

The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who best meets the requirements of the project specifications, Summit County and the public interest.

All bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond guarantee in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base proposal bid.

Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Owner will not be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.

A pre-bid site meeting will be held on Wednesday May 6, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. MST/MDT at the Search and Rescue Facility, 0214 County Shops Road, Frisco, CO 80443.

The Summit County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct such investigations or negotiations as it deems necessary to select the most responsible and responsive bid.
