The District of Summerland (the “District”) is requesting expressions of interest from residential developers who may be interested in the Summerland Eco-Village Development Opportunity, as further described below.

The purpose of this Request for Expressions of Interest (“RFEOI”) is to ascertain market interest and to gather feedback that may be useful to the District with respect to a potential future procurement process or other initiative.

This RFEOI is not: (i) a call for tenders or competitive bid solicitation; (ii) a request for prequalification; (iii) a notice of intended procurement; or (iv) a notice of planned procurement.

Submission of Expressions of Interest
To be considered, Responses must be submitted electronically via the Opportunity notice posted to bids&tenders, accessible via https://summerland.bidsandtenders.ca . Electronic submissions only shall be received. Responses submitted in any other manner will be disqualified. All requested forms should be completed and all requested documents should be submitted.  Submissions must be received no later than the Opportunity Closing Date & Time. It is solely the responsibility of the Respondent to ensure that the submission is received on time. There will be no public opening.
