Project Description: Central Bucks School District, Operations Department, at 320 West Swamp Road, Doylestown, PA 18901, will receive sealed bids online through PennBid™ until May 5, 2026 at 2:00 PM, prevailing local time at which time bids will be publicly opened and the results displayed publicly on PennBid for the following:
2026 SUMMER FLOORING REPLACEMENT

DOYLE AND JAMISON AND ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS, LENAPE MIDDLE SCHOOL,
CB HIGH SCHOOL WEST, AND CBSD OPERATIONS CENTER
All bid documents, drawings, specifications, and solicitation details will be available April 7, 2026 at no cost through PennBid™ https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/ NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION IS ON THE NEW PENNBID PLATFORM. (A nominal fee of 0.33% of the bid amount (up to $5,000.00) is assessed only to the successful bidders.)
A pre-bid meeting for the project will be held 7:30 AM, prevailing time, April 16, 2026, beginning at Jamison Elementary School (2090 Land Road, Jamison, PA 18929) and continuing to Doyle Elementary School (260 North West Street, Doylestown, PA 18901), Lenape Middle School (313 West State Street, Doylestown, PA 18901), Central Bucks High School West (375 West Court Street, Doylestown, PA 18901), and CBSD Operations Center (320 West Swamp Road, Doylestown, PA 18901). IT IS IMPORTANT THAT ALL BIDDERS ATTEND THIS MEETING.
