Description
Project Description: Rochester Public Schools (ISD #535) is soliciting quotes for district-wide interior painting services to be performed during summer 2026. Work will take place across 27 district sites and must be substantially completed before the start of the 2026–27 school year.
Scope includes surface preparation, priming, and painting of designated interior and exterior areas as identified in the site-by-site scope documents. Contractors will be required to coordinate scheduling with district facilities staff, comply with all applicable safety and meet any environmental standards.
Vendors must submit all responses through Bonfire. No other submission methods will be accepted.
