Sullivan HVAC Upgrades and Remodel

Project Description: The Board of Education of the Green Bay Area Public School District, Green Bay, Wisconsin, will receive sealed
bids for HVAC Upgrades and remodeling of Sullivan Elementary School in Green Bay, Wisconsin, until 2:00 P.M.,
C.D.T., April 29, 2025. Sealed bids to be mailed in shall be mailed to the attention of Luanne O’Leary, Director of
Facility Planning and Related Services, 200 S Broadway, Green Bay, WI 54303. Hand delivered proposals shall be
received at Administrative Offices, Room 123, 200 South Broadway, Green Bay, Wisconsin 54303. The outside of
the envelope shall be marked "SEALED BID FOR SULLIVAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL HVAC UPGRADES
AND REMODEL" along with the contractors name. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud by the Owner in a
room to be named later in the Administrative Offices, address above. Each bidding contractor shall be informed in
writing, as to who was awarded the work. Bids will not be accepted if received after the above mentioned time.
