The City of Rancho Cordova, Department of Facilities, is seeking the submission of bids from qualified contractors (B General Building Contractor, with the appropriate subcontractors).

The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment and incidentals for the Suite 230 Tenant Improvement Projects. The tenant improvement is in an existing empty shell 2-story building. Tenant improvements will occur at the south wing of the second floor in Suite 230, approximately 8,300 SF. Project will include demolition, construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire alarms and sprinklers, communication, security, millwork, and finishes.
