Sugar Creek WRRF Influent Pump Station Building Stabilization

Project Description: The Project will be located at the Sugar Creek Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility at the site address 5301 Closeburn Rd, Charlotte, NC 28210. The Work is in proximity of the Influent Pump Station Building located at the north of the facility. Work to be performed under this Contract entails constructing improvements to arrest the settlement of the Influent Pump Station Building Electrical Room and Dumpster Room. Improvements include, but are not limited to, installation and attachment of helical screw foundation piles or micropiles to the existing foundations, pressure grouting of annual space beneath the Electrical Room, concrete crack repair, masonry repointing, and all other Work required in accordance with the Contract Documents.
