Project Description: The Suffolk County Office of Central Procurement, on behalf of the Suffolk County Department of Economic Development and Planning, invites Proposals from qualified entities to develop, test, and roll out a smartphone application that will function as a County-wide augmented reality "field guide" to Suffolk County's Blueway Trail. With this application, users will be able to use their phone to see trail routes, distance markers, trail amenities, and other wayfinding and historic site information while traveling on Suffolk County's waterways, and, more specifically, on the Blueway Trail.
