Scope of Services
Hillsborough County Public Schools intends to establish a contract with one or more reputable, experienced, and skilled Contractors to provide the District and Participating Public Agencies with Substitute Teacher Services as needed. Specifically, HCPS is seeking proposals from providers that can reliably provide properly screened, qualified substitute teachers to each of the school’s campuses and in a manner that complies with the requirements of this RFP and applicable legal requirements.
