Scope of Services
Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA) is seeking bids from qualified Bidders for the furnishing and delivery of substation batteries, battery racks, and associated accessories for use at various substations. The awarded Bidder shall provide all materials, equipment, accessories, documentation, testing, transportation, and incidentals necessary in accordance with the ITB specifications.

When doing the sizing`s we found that we will need to use a larger model to meet the specified sizing and this also makes the footprint larger. Are we able to deviate on the footprint to provide a flooded system? If we cannot deviate on the footprint, we can supply a VRLA (sealed) option, which has a much more condensed footprint, but deviates on many of the specifications that are in reference to flooded type cells. 5/29/2026 11:51:18 AM
