Response Due No Later than Wednesday, June 25, 2025, 11:00 am, Pacific local time.

This is a notice of the County’s intent to procure a product on a single source basis under the authority of Snohomish County Code 3.04.180. This Notice is not a request for competitive bids or proposals as there is no solicitation available. Any responses received as a result of this Notice of Intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this Notice of Intent to Award on a Sole Source Basis will not be considered as bids, quotes or proposals.

Scope and Purpose of Procurement

Snohomish County intends to proceed with a single source procurement for a real-time, online, subscription based financial reporting system. The financial system provides live financial market information, research and analytics, direct portfolio imports, and communication abilities with financial market participants. The proposed awardee is Bloomberg Finance. The estimated value of this product/service is $35,000 per year. The proposed length of contract is five (5) years.

Statement of Capabilities/Interest
