Synopsis:
|
|
SUBGRADE PREPARATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF A DOUBLE SEAL COAT on Wing Road from its junction with Highway No. 26 to its junction with McMillan Road and on Range Road 3174 from its junction with Highway No. 26 to 4.18 km south; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 7.88 km.
Four options are being considered:
A Seal Coat on Wing Road and Range Road 3174 with the application of a flush coat.
A Seal Coat on Wing Road and Range Road 3174 without the application of a flush coat.
A Seal Coat on Wing Road with application of a flush coat.
A Seal Coat on Wing Road without the application of a flush coat.
Bidders must present a cost for all four options for their bid to be considered. The Rural Municipality shall, at its discretion, select the preferred option.

Tenders will be accepted at 303 47th Street East, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Each tender must be submitted in a sealed enveloped marked "RM468-2026-03 Tender" and addressed "Attention: Chris Cotton".
Emailed tenders will also be accepted to c.cotton@prairieroadsolutions.ca with " RM468-2026-03 Tender" clearly identified in the subject line. Each bidder shall receive an email reply notifying them that their bid has been received. If they do not receive a reply, bidders are encouraged to follow up to ensure on time submission of their bid. Confidentiality of e-mailed documents cannot be guaranteed, and the Bidder assumes all risks associated with these forms of communication.
The tender will close on May 28, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. C.S.T. There will not be a public tender opening. Bidders will receive an email upon award of the Contract with the final tender results.
