This project is for the removal of the existing Pinsetters , purchase and installation of USBC String pinspotters system, and replacement of 14 bowling lanes. This includes approaches, lanes, ball returns, gutters/gutter caps, bumpers, and foul line warning system. The goal of this project is to modernize the system, provide a safer working environment and cut down on maintenance cost. All new equipment must be compatible with the current QubicaAMF BESX / Conqueror X operating system. Specifications for all equipment is in the attached RFP. Awarded contractor shall provide all training on the operation and maintenance on newly installed equipment. Contractor shall schedule an independent United States Bowling Congress (USBC) certifier to inspect the lanes upon completion of the installation and validate they meet all USBC requirements and certify them for league play.
Access to the work area will require background checks on employees. Proper forms will be provided to the contactor to have employees fill out for temporary ID cards. If the contractor has employees with felony convictions, that employee will not be granted access to the base worksite.
