Sub-Trade Contractors for the Peachland Childcare Centre Project

Project Description:  The Peachland Childcare Centre Project involves the construction of a 10,000 square-foot new-build one-story wood framed childcare centre. The project includes related site services, an asphalt paved parking lot, and surrounding landscaped play areas. The project objective is to construct a new all-ages, all-inclusive universally, accessible childcare centre for 104 children. The project is located on a greenfield site at 5601 Wild Goose Steet, Peachland, BC V0H 1X5.  The Project Owner is the District of Lake Country, and the Project Construction Manager is TKI Construction Ltd. Construction Manager: TKI Construction Ltd is the Construction Manager on this Project (as defined in CCDC5B-2010) working as Construction Manager for the District of Peachland (the Project Owner) under the CCDC-5B Construction Management for Services and Work Agreement.  The District of Peachland shall have no contractual relationship whatsoever with any potential supplier or subtrade contractor that submits a quotation to the process detailed herein.  This quotation process shall be conducted solely by TKI Construction Ltd, and all inquiries shall be directed to the TKI Construction contact named herein. Request for Sub-Trade Quotations: Acting in its capacity as Construction Manager for the Project, TKI Construction invites quotations for performance of the following sub-trade works for the Peachland Childcare Centre:
