Forest investment program funded surveys of free growing blocks post wildfire for current stocking, current forest cover and future planting opportunity. Approx 1100ha in the Selkirk District mainly in the Kootenay Lake TSA and Arrow TSA. Determine current stocking status, the need for further treatments (Planting prescription), and gather silviculture data to update forest cover information.
