Stump Grinding, Root Ball Removal, Debris Removal

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), South Georgia State College is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to accept bids for Stump Grinding, Root Ball Removal and Vegetative Debris Removal and Disposal, as per attached Specifications. Pricing must include all applicable costs for products or services, including any applicable shipping charges FOB Destination to Waycross, GA, and all other requirements as outlined in the Specifications. All questions must be submitted to the Procurement Office via the Questions function on this solicitation.
SITE VISIT INFORMATION: Please note that there is a mandatory Site Visit on Monday, June 16, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Meet in the lobby of the James Dye Student Services Building.
BID OPENING will be June 25, 2025, at 10:00 AM in Room 169 of the James Dye Student Services Building, 2001 South Georgia Parkway West, Waycross, GA. All bids must be in the room by 10:00 AM.
Single Award: Any contract award resulting from the RFQ will be made to the lowest, responsive and responsible supplier meeting all specifications and with whom South Georgia State College has reached agreement on all contract terms and conditions.
