Study Abroad and Exchange Student Management Software

SUNY Cortland's International Programs Office intends to purchase a comprehensive software solution to manage all aspects of study abroad/away operations and international student exchange applications. This includes pre-application engagement, advising, program selection, application workflows, pre-departure preparation, and robust reporting capabilities.

The software should feature a public-facing website to showcase study abroad programs with detailed program pages. It must allow students to complete questionnaires to identify programs that best match their academic and personal goals. Additionally, it should streamline program and scholarship application processes, facilitate pre-departure tasks, and support visiting and exchange students applying to spend a semester or year at SUNY Cortland.

Critical functionalities include end-of-year reporting, as well as registration and billing management. The capabilities of the platform must be provided and show how they enhance the student experience. It should provide intuitive tools for administrative users, offer exceptional customer support, and simplify workflows through improved design and functionality.

SUNY Cortland intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), for the above-noted service.
