The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is for the State of Florida, Department of Health (Department) to obtain competitive prices for a full-service hotel located in Lake Mary, Florida to provide meeting space, sleeping rooms, audio visual services, and food in June 2025 for the Students Working Against Tobacco (SWAT) Statewide Meeting. Set-up will occur June 4, 2025 and the meetings will occur June 5-8, 2025.
