AWARD SCHEDULE:
Recommendations will be made to the school board on May 2, 2024, at the Regular Board Meeting. Awarded vendor(s) will be notified via email at that time.
LENGTH OF CONTRACT:
Initial contract period will be May 2, 2024 - May 1, 2025, with the option of four (4) one-year renewals. Final contract expiration after all renewals will be May 1, 2029.
SPECIFICATIONS/SCOPE OF WORK:
The Carrollton-Farmers Branch Independent School District (CFBISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Student Nutrition Hardware for Point of Sale (POS) System as specified in the line items.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1. The successful respondent must be able to send PDF quotes and accept purchase orders via e-mail.
2. Vendors shall not accept or process orders from any employee or representative of the District unless and until the vendor receives a valid Purchase Order from Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD.

SCOPE OF PROPOSAL
The CarrolltonFarmers Branch Independent School District (CFBISD) requests proposals from qualified
firms to provide Student Nutrition Hardware for a Point of Sale (POS) System as specified in the line items tab.
The District seeks the equipment plus white glove delivery.
White Glove Delivery meaning:
Assembly of Equipment
Installation of Image
Asset Tagging
Delivery and Installation of Equipment on Site (Locations included in Attributes Section)
Properly Dispose of all packing materials (remove from school)
Coordination with Food Service Technology for Installation Schedule
Removal of old Equipment
All Data Wiped
Certificate Providing Proof of Data Deletion
If a thirdparty will be providing the services, name and contact information shall be provided
with proposal submission
Payment of services for thirdparty will not be made by the District directly to the provider, it is
the responder’s responsibility
The District will not warehouse any products or equipment. Delivery shall be made in full as
described above.
The District reserves the right to make changes to any schedule or equipment delivery site.
