Virginia Community College Shared Services Center -Immediate Need is for Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC). However, all VCCS colleges in the Commonwealth of Virginia may use resulting Contract(s).

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Contractorâs to establish one or more contracts through competitive negotiation for the purchase of various event services including the lease and/or rental of entertainment and hospitality equipment, giveaways, decorations, etc. This RFP will also solicit proposals from qualified vendors for various food and beverage services that are necessary for campus events. The immediate need is for Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC) and its six (6) Campuses located in Annandale, Alexandria, Woodbridge, Loudoun, Manassas and Springfield.
